The TUDOR guarantee applies across the brand's entire official network. For five years from the date of purchase, your watch can be serviced by any official TUDOR retailer or Rolex or TUDOR service centre, anywhere in the world.

The guarantee is void if the watch has been handled by an unauthorised person, or if parts or accessories not manufactured by TUDOR have been fitted or added.
The TUDOR five-year guarantee is a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost. Since September 2026, European regulations require it to be indicated by means of a harmonised label, recognisable throughout the European Union.

This commercial guarantee comes in addition to the two-year legal guarantee of conformity to which you are entitled as a consumer. It neither replaces nor limits it.
